Called late Thursday and the owner came to see me Friday morning. He is very knowledgeable and personable and patiently answered my questions. He arrived on time and worked diligently to finish by noon. They’re on time, they do great work and even clean up after themselves. I’ll definitely use them again! Bob Frank the electrician was one of the kindest people I’ve met. In addition to fixing everything, he taught me how to work the circuit breaker GFI switch and explained why the things were broken and what he was going to do to fix them.

I called early Sunday morning and they responded within the hours…I totally trusted them to be in my house while I was away and they could not have been more professional. I’ve worked with this company for several years. There’s minimal wait time from call for scheduling to the appointment. They’re always prompt, efficient and clean.

We had a lightning strike and our whole house needed to be rewired. We called Perfect Electric because of their Angie’s list rating. We are also very particular and fussy about repairs being done correctly and who comes into our house. This company has exceeded our expectations with their honesty and integrity. Bob, the owner, was extremely informative and professional. He and his crew were there for us every step of the way.

The tech was meticulous. He did a great job explaining the job, offering alternatives and pointing out pros and cons for each solution. We’re very happy with the work done. I would use this company again and recommend the company to friends.

Very pleasurable experience. They called back quickly on my initial inquiry and scheduled my appointment for just a few days later. The two electricians (more than 20-30 years experience each) showed up right on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They showed me what they were doing and explained why, and explained things about the relevant electrical code as they worked. They were even courteous enough to let me know when they were flipping the breakers so I could power down my computers. There was no attempt to push additional work or inflate the price – I never got that “being taken for a ride” feeling you sometimes get with contractors. I will definitely use them again when I need more electrical work done.

An actual technician answered the phone, made arrangements to come out, and arrived at the scheduled time — two hours later. The first thing he did was provide us a copy of the company’s State of Florida business license and certificate for its membership in the Better Business Bureau. No contractor we’ve ever had in offered that. The technician was courteous, well-versed, and seemed thorough in checking logical suspects and then explaining the rationale behind each check.

I got more than my money’s worth.
